Tidal Heat: questions

The explicit companion line to Common Ground. Same world, same couples, same bonds.

If you are screening a specific book for specific content, that lives on the book's own page, where the specifics sit behind a click so nobody reads a spoiler by accident. This page is for the questions about the line as a whole.

What is it, exactly?

Character-driven PWP, if that's a phrase you know. If it isn't: short, explicit, and the sex is the point. It works because you've already spent a novel with these people.

The main books keep the anatomy off the page. This is where the plain words are.

Do I have to read Common Ground first?

Nothing here is required reading. Common Ground stands on its own, and Tidal Heat doesn't change a word of it; it fills in the nights the series skipped. Each one stands on its own; read the couple's own book first if you want the whole story.

Latent Heat is Caleb and Rowan, so for that one the couple's own book is Slack Tide.

How explicit is it?

Each book is one couple and one heat, start to finish. Full omegaverse heat, on the page, nothing fades out. It's still a character piece. If you came for the wallow, you get that too.

Is there mpreg?

Not in Latent Heat. Nobody is pregnant and nobody gets pregnant. There is a conversation about whether they want that, and that's all.

If the pregnancy is the story you're after, that's Safe Harbor, and it has its own door.

Is it in Kindle Unlimited?

No. Latent Heat is free with the newsletter, or on Amazon or Kobo if you'd rather not join anything. No hard feelings.

How many will there be, and who's next?

No fixed number, and it isn't one book per couple; a couple can come back. I don't announce dates, or who's next, because a date I miss is worse than no date at all.

The newsletter goes out the day a book lands. Following me on Amazon or BookBub does the same job without any email from me.

Where are the content notes?

Content notes vary by book, and each listing carries its own. On this site they sit on the book's page, with the specifics behind a click.
